On Tuesday 19 July, customers were advised not to travel.

Tickets are valid for travel on Wednesday 20, Thursday 21 and Friday 22 July.

Here's your options:

When are your tickets valid?

Your tickets dated for travel on Monday 18 July and Tuesday 19 July are valid for travel on:

  • Wednesday 20 July 
  • Thursday 21 July
  • Friday 22 July

To make sure you have a comfortable journey you can book a new seat reservation for free and use your original ticket onboard the train you select.

What to do if your train has been cancelled

If your train was cancelled, your ticket will be valid on Wednesday 20 July, Thursday 21 July and Friday 22 July. 

Travelling: Make a seat reservation to travel on an alternative train

No longer travelling: You'll be entitled to a full refund or you can change your ticket to another date.

Refunds if you don't travel

If you choose not to travel, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Advice if you are travelling

If you do travel on Tuesday we highly recommend you bring water and wait in cool areas or in shade when you're at the station.

Our stations also have water refill points available.
