Dine Out with Perks Terms & Conditions
Promotion period: The Dine Out with Perks offer runs from 27 July 2026 until 31 January 2027, 23:59. On the 01 February, the webpage and discounts will no longer be available to access.
Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+ who are registered LNER Perks members. To qualify, members must spend £30 or more directly with LNER (through the LNER App or website) between the 27 July 2026 – 31 January 2027. The £30 threshold must be achieved in this one transaction. Offer is only available to redeem in the LNER App.
Accessing the offer: Eligible members will have the offer enabled within the LNER App (‘My Perks’ which can be accessed via the ‘My LNER’ area). Members who wish to then redeem the offer, will fill out a form, have their unique code sent to them via the LNER App Inbox (in the LNER App) and then visit https://www.dineoutwithperks.co.uk/ to access the Dine Out with Perks restaurants.
Use of the offer: The Dine Out with Perks offer provides access to a web page of discounts at participating restaurants across the LNER route. The webpage may be accessed and used multiple times during the promotion period.
Restaurant partner terms: A minimum spend of £10 is required at participating restaurants to activate the £5 discount. The £5 discount can only be used once at each individual restaurant. Discounts are provided by third-party restaurant partners and are subject to their own terms and conditions, availability, exclusions, opening times and booking requirements. LNER is not responsible for the operation, availability or fulfilment of partner offers.
Restrictions:
The Dine Out with Perks offer and individual restaurant offers accessed via the web page are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
Discounts are only valid when accessed via the member’s unique code within the LNER App.
If a link is shared, the benefit will only be valid for the original LNER Perks account holder. Availability: Discounts are subject to availability, location, and restaurant participation, which may change during the promotion period without notice.

Misuse: LNER reserves the right to withdraw or withhold access to the offer where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
Liability: LNER accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of third-party restaurant services. Any queries or complaints relating to the dining experience should be directed to the restaurant provider.
