Perks competition terms and conditions

  1. For a chance to win, you must enter the competition on the LNER mobile app between 01 July 2026 and 31 July 2026. The competition closes at 23.59 on 31 July 2026.

  2. There is one prize available only. The prize is for two people including 200 minutes (100 per person) on LNER Beryl Bike (Leeds or Bradford) or e-scooter (in Leeds) and £200 Perks credit.

  3. LNER Perks credit can be used as either full or part payment on LNER Advance ticket transactions only made using the LNER mobile app.

  4. Perks credit must be spent within two years from the date of issue.

  5. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or prize alternative available.

  6. The prize is only available to members of LNER Perks and the winner must be a member of LNER Perks at the time of entry.

  7. LNER travel is subject to availability. The winner may be required to rearrange their travel with LNER if disruption takes place or the date is full booked.

  8. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their transport to and from LNER calling stations. Any additional costs incurred during the trip must be covered by the winner - this includes train journeys to and from non-LNER calling stations. You can see our route map and calling stations here.

  9. A code will be provided for x2 100 minutes on a LNER Beryl Bike (Leeds or Bradford) or e-scooter (in Leeds). These codes can be redeemed in their App for the complimentary rides.

  10. In the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond LNER's control, LNER reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative.

  11. The winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who enter.

  12. LNER will notify the winner by email within 10 working days after the closing date, using the email address provided on the LNER Perks account at the time of entering the prize. The winner will have a further 2 days to accept the prize before another prize winner is randomly selected.

  13. The competition can only be entered via the LNER mobile app. There is no alternative method of entry.

  14. This competition is open to UK residents over 18 years of age.

  15. Employees and family of LNER or any agencies connected with the set-up of this competition are not eligible to enter.

  16. LNER is not responsible for invalid email addresses being registered by the account holder.

  17. One entry per person only.

  18. No purchase is necessary.

  20. Details of the prize winner (surname and county) will be made available for a period of 6 weeks following the determination of the winning entry, unless the winner objects or requests a reduction in the information published upon being notified of their win.
