Perks competition terms and conditions

  1. For a chance to win, you must enter the competition on the LNER App between 01 October and 31 October 2026. The competition closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026.

  2. One prize is available. The prize consists of one £250 voucher for The Cut & Craft and £250 of LNER Perks credit.

  3. LNER Perks credit can be used as either full or part payment on LNER Advance ticket transactions made using the LNER mobile app.

  4. Perks credit must be spent within two years from the date of issue.

  5. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or prize alternative available.

  6. The prize is only available to members of LNER Perks and the winner must be a member of LNER Perks at the time of entry.

  7. The £250 Cut & Craft voucher is subject to The Cut & Craft’s own terms and conditions, including any validity period, booking requirements, exclusions and restrictions on use. The winner should check these terms before making a booking.

  8. This prize draw is separate from the Dine Out with Perks offer. Entry into the prize draw does not unlock Dine Out with Perks; the offer has its own eligibility requirements and terms. To find out how to qualify for Dine Out with Perks, please visit LNER Perks | LNER.

  9. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond LNER's control, LNER reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

  10. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The draw will be conducted fairly and at random within 10 working days of the closing date.

  11. LNER will notify the winner by email within 10 working days after the closing date, using the email address provided on the LNER Perks account at the time of entering the competition. The winner will have a further 2 days to accept the prize before another winner is randomly selected.

  12. The competition can only be entered via the LNER App. There is no alternative method of entry.

  13. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

  14. Employees and family members of LNER or any agencies connected with the set-up of this competition are not eligible to enter.

  15. LNER is not responsible for invalid email addresses being registered by the account holder.

  16. One entry per person only.

  17. No purchase is necessary.

  19. Details of the prize winner (surname and county) will be made available for a period of 6 weeks following the determination of the winning entry, unless the winner objects or requests a reduction in the information published upon being notified of their win.
