Perks competition terms and conditions

  1. For a chance to win, you must enter the competition on the LNER mobile app between 1 August 2026 and 24 August 2026. The competition closes at 23.59 on 24 August 2026.

  2. There is one prize available only. The prize consists of x4 Standard Class LNER tickets, a £100 Fenwick voucher and a £40 voucher to spend at the St Oswald’s Trail HQ shop.

  3. All prize elements must be taken and redeemed by 14 September 2026, when the Peter Rabbit: Tales on the Tyne trail ends.

  4. The £100 Fenwick voucher is subject to Fenwick’s usual terms and conditions.

  5. The St Oswald’s Trail HQ shop voucher will either be sent to the winner via email or by post.

  6. LNER travel is subject to availability. Promotional codes for x4 Standard Class LNER tickets will be supplied to the winner to book their own travel, upon acceptance of the prize.

  7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

  8. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their transport to and from LNER calling stations.

  9. Any additional costs incurred during the trip must be covered by the winner - this includes train journeys to and from non-LNER calling stations. You can see our route map and calling stations here.

  10. Meals, accommodation, spending money and any other expenses are not included in the prize unless expressly stated.

  11. In the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond LNER's control, LNER reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative.

  12. The prize is only available to members of LNER Perks and the winner must be a member of LNER Perks at the time of entry.

  13. The winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who enter.

  14. The winner will be contacted on 24 August 2026 and will have 24 hours to respond and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, LNER reserves the right to select and contact an alternative winner.

  15. The competition can only be entered via the LNER mobile app. There is no alternative method of entry.

  16. This competition is open to UK residents over 18 years of age.

  17. Employees and family of LNER or any agencies connected with the set-up of this competition are not eligible to enter.

  18. LNER is not responsible for invalid email addresses being registered by the account holder.

  19. Entrants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with LNER’s privacy policy.

  20. One entry per person only. No purchase is necessary.

  21. LNER reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  22. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  24. Details of the prize winner (surname and county) will be made available for a period of 6 weeks following the determination of the winning entry, unless the winner objects or requests a reduction in the information published upon being notified of their win.
