Jeffrey Street is where the buses that replace trains pick up and drop off passengers. It’s a very short walk away from the station.
You have a choice of taxi ranks, with the two closest being on Market St and Waverley Bridge just outside the station.
You won't be short of bus options in Edinburgh and many of them stop at Princess Street leaving the station at Exit 1. The Lothian bus service makes its transport accessible and convenient for people with wheelchairs who have a dedicated space in the bus. See: www.lothianbuses.com for more information.
The 'Airlink 100' express shuttle bus frequently runs from outside the station. You can also buy a connecting train ticket to Edinburgh Airport from the station (ask for the Edinburgh Airport' ticket code K671).
