When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Customer Information Point on the main concourse (or ticket office outside the times of 08:15 - 18:00). Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.
