The whys and the whens (and how to get them paid)
Take a breather, there's no rush to pay for parking before you board your train! Our ANPR car parks are pay on exit, so you can forget about flustered beginnings to your trips an pay when you return.
Unfortunately, if you do not pay, we have to issue Parking Charge Notices. We don’t like doing it, but it’s the only way to keep things fair. So here’s a bit more information about the policy, to help ensure you don’t get one. And if you have received one, then it should help explain why.

A Parking Charge Notice (PCN) means any document which issued to the motorist by private parking companies for parking violations on private land.
Parking Charge Notices are typically issued for various infractions such as:
Not paying for your parking.
Parking without a valid permit or ticket.
Parking in a blue badge bay and not displaying a valid blue badge.
Not parking wholly in a marked parking bay.
Failure to adhere to parking regulations displayed on signs within the parking area.

If you receive a PCN please bear in mind that the reduced amount of £60 is valid for 14 days as stated on your initial Parking Charge Notice. After this time, the Parking Charge will increase to £100.
You will not get points on your driving licence, however if the PCN is not paid the case will be passed to debt collection agency to pursue the payment and it will lead to additional charges.

You can pay online via our Parking Portal here, by phone on 0203 826 8033,or send a cheque to ParkFair, Garden Cottage, Badgemore Park, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 4NR, please write the PCN number on the reverse of the cheque.

Appeals must be made in writing, to provide a full audit record of all appeals. You can appeal online via our Parking Portal here, by email to or write to ParkFair, Garden Cottage, Badgemore Park, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 4NR

What happens if your appeal is not successful
If you believe this decision is incorrect, you are entitled to appeal to POPLA (Parking On Private Land Appeals ). All information on how to appeal to POPLA is provided on their website; www.popla.co.uk. You will need the 10-digit verification code which was included in the letter rejecting your initial appeal. Please note that should you wish to appeal to POPLA you must do so within 28 days from the date of this letter.
