Cheesy Sunday Roast
The best meal of the week falls on a Sunday – and it’s just got even better! If you’re a cheese lover, you’ve got to try this Sunday Roast Fondue at The Cheesy Living Co. Dunk a Yorkshire pudding, a crispy roast potato or a succulent slice of beef into the cheesy goodness and your tastebuds will never be the same again. Other cheese-based meals are available, but this is one you need to try.

The Domino Club
If listening to live Jazz, Blues and Soul while drinking cocktails sounds like it’s for you, then the Domino Club is the place to go. Hidden behind the door in Lord’s Barbering in The Grand Arcade Leeds, this underground Jazz Club has been wowing crowds and serving seasonal cocktails into the early hours to all those who find it.

The Canal Gardens
Tropical World welcomes thousands of visitors every year. But little do they know, a stone’s throw away opposite the entrance is Canal Gardens. A lush hidden gem that’s an instagrammer’s dream. The vibrant colours and the picturesque fountains offer a tranquil (and free) escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Leeds’ first hotpot restaurant
Up the stairs at the back of the Orient supermarket, you’ll find Leeds’ first Chinese hotpot restaurant, Crown Hotpot. If you don’t know what a hotpot is, this is an immersive dining experience that tickles all the senses because essentially, you’re the chef. You can tailor your meal to whatever your fancy – choose your soup base, what you want to cook (meats, seafood, veg) and you’re away.

The Street Art Trail
Experience Leeds in a different way. Wander around the city taking some of the stunning artworks that line the city’s walls – all for free. The Street Art Trail helps you discover parts of Leeds you’d probably never think of visiting, all while seeing a spread of street art – including a number of incredible Leeds United murals that pay homage to player legends and the team’s success.

You might know that Kirkgate Market, Europe’s largest covered market, has a greengrocers, butchers, and various other places that sell knickknacks. But did you know that inside is a Michelin-recommended restaurant? The Owl offers stunningly presented and equally as delicious cuisine that given it’s surroundings, is big on using local produce.
