A Network Railcard is a type of Railcard that offers discounted train travel for individuals traveling in the Southeast region of England, including London and the surrounding areas. It provides savings on various train fares and offers discounts for leisure activities and partner offers.
If you buy a ticket with a Network Railcard, there is a £13 Minimum fare for adults and £1 minimum fare for children for travel between 04:30 and 09:59 Monday to Friday (except on Public Holidays).
On Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, there is no minimum fare for adults and a £1 minimum fare for children.
When can I use a Network Railcard?

If you have already bought a digital Railcard, you should have received a 'digital Railcard Download code' on both the purchase confirmation page and by email. Once you've got this code, go to the Railcard app, tap on the ‘+’ button in the top left of the screen and enter your code.

You should have received a 'digital Railcard Download code' both by email and on the purchase confirmation page
Once you've got this, go to the Railcard app
Tap on the ‘+’ button in the top left of the screen and enter your code.

Yes! Your discounted ticket is not valid unless you bring your Railcard with you. Luckily if you buy online, you can add your Railcard to your digital wallet, so you won’t forget it! Just open it up on your mobile device!

No. Unfortunately once a Railcard has been issued it is non-refundable.

One of the benefits of a digital Railcard is that it is not lost even if you lose your device!
If you've lost your card or forgotten it you can login to your account.
If you have already purchased a discounted ticket and you can't access your Railcard you'll need to speak to station staff before getting on the train to exchange your ticket, otherwise onboard you may have to purchase a full price ticket.

Yes, you can buy online if you either want a Digital Railcard or if you are able to give a UK-delivery address for a plastic Railcard. Unfortunately, we cannot send Railcards to non-UK addresses.

Absolutely! You can save 1/3 of the ticket price of First Class tickets with all but one of the Railcards advertised on our website.
Family and friends Railcards are only applicable to standard tickets, however, you can purchase a First Class Upgrade at weekends (subject to availability) upon payment of the appropriate supplement.

Railcard discounts are only applicable to the number of people covered by the Railcards each individual in the group has.
Sometimes, discounts might be accidentally applied to others in the group. We recommend checking the price breakdown during booking to ensure the discounts are as expected.
