  1. LNER Complimentary tickets are valid on LNER services only, subject to availability

  2. Complimentary tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, cannot be cancelled and are not valid for Delay Repay.

  3. Your code will be valid for a set number of tickets. If your order exceeds this, your checkout will fail and you will need to select the correct number of tickets.

  4. Tickets can only be booked a maximum of 12 weeks in advance
