Terms and conditions

  1. Discount is valid on LNER Advance Standard and First Class fares on LNER Only journeys for an event held at the HIC.

  2. Tickets are available for booking online from 7 September 2024 until 6 September 2025, for travel between 7 September 2024 and 6 September 2025.

  3. Tickets can only be used to travel from Sunday to Friday for journeys starting in or ending in Harrogate and York. Saturday travel is excluded from the promotion.

  4. Maximum of 9 adult passengers per booking. No further discounts apply.

  5. Once you’ve booked your ticket, you must show your event ticket/registration, along with your LNER ticket when on board for your discount to be valid.

  6. When selecting your tickets, the promotional fare will display a price tag with "discounted" on. If these fares do not appear, please change your search criteria as per the above.

  7. Discount only available by booking through dedicated Harrogate Convention Centre Link.

  8. The usual Advance terms and conditions apply.

These are the exclusion dates for travel using promotions ran by LNER for the next 12 months. Some promotions and offers may expire before all of the dates below.
