Terms & conditions

  1. The discount applies to one single or return trip for yourself only. If booking a return, the outbound and return journey must be booked at the same time
  2. The 30% discount is valid on all First Class and Standard LNER Advance fares only and valid on LNER trains only
  3. You can only access the discount if you’re a registered delegate of the conference
  4. Tickets are available for booking online. Please ensure the booking window is open and valid for the date you intend to travel. You can set a ticket alert for your travel date if the booking window is not open
  5. Your discount code can only be used once
  6. Your tickets will be valid on the booked date(s) and train(s) only
  7. Sorry, you can’t use this discount in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or Railcards and eVouchers
  8. If promotional fares do not appear, please change your search criteria
  9. The usual ticket terms and conditions apply
