Fresh and lively curry containing spinach, peas and sweet potato served with basmati rice
Scottish hot smoked salmon sandwich
The salmon has been hot smoked giving it very smoky taste but it is served cold. Served in a seeded white submarine roll it is accompanied with a creamy dill mayonnaise and Corkers hand cooked crisps

Tortilla chips, sour cream, pimento cheese dip & mixed Kalamata olives. Perfect as a snack.
Passionfruit and mango mousse slice V
A light, fruity, summery slice finished with a sprinkling of meringue. Made on our route by Beckleberry's of Newcastle
Cheese plate V
Orkney white and Shropshire blue served with celery sticks, Hop on Board ale & apricot chutney and Carr's water biscuits
