Why are some LNER Travel Centres staying open while others are closing?
A review of ticket sales has been conducted, and we want to tailor our retailing offer to demand. We will still be able to retail our core tickets either via Ticket Vending Machines or mobile devices. This will allow us to be more visible and to offer greater support to our customers at stations.
