What will LNER customers do if they need a refund and there’s no Travel Centre at their station?

If a customer isn’t able to access an LNER station customer information centre then they will be able to do this online or by calling our contact centre.

We are working through this in more detail, but we are aware of the need to have a process in place. We want to make this as easy and stress-free it can be so that you can have the smoothest journey, from purchasing your tickets to getting to your destination.
