Your £5 joining credit and 2% credit is valid for 24 months from the date of whichever is the most recent:
- Your most recent ticket purchase via LNER.co.uk or the LNER mobile app
- Your most recent addition of a ticket not bought directly from LNER.co.uk (desktop website, mobile website) or the LNER mobile app
- The date you first joined LNER Perks
