How will you be informing customers of the disruption?
A passenger awareness campaign is already underway advising customers to plan ahead and check before travelling. This campaign will increase as we get closer to the more disruptive parts of the engineering programme
The biggest impact will be on customers travelling at busier times, so passengers will be advised to travel outside of these times where possible.
