How to get to York LNER Community Stadium

If you're travelling to the brand-new 8,500-capacity stadium, we're here for you. It would take 14 full Azuma 9-car trains to fill the stadium. We've got plenty of room to get you there.

Buses to York's LNER Comunity Stadium

York's LNER Community Stadium is served every 10-minutes from the city centre by the First Bus Monks Cross Park and Ride no. 9 bus. Buses take approximately 30-minutes from York Station.

The bus stop at York Station is Stop RJ across the road from the main exit to the station.

The Rugby League World Cup in York

As well as York's local clubs, LNER is proud to be welcoming the Women's Rugby League World Cup to York's LNER Community Stadium in November 2022.

York's LNER Community Stadium will host six qualifying matches and two semi-final matches. Tickets for the games are available on the Rugby League World Cup website.
