Which rail lines go through Grantham?
Currently, the train lines via Grantham station are LNER, East Midlands Railway, and Hull Trains.
The ancient town of Grantham is bursting with energy and life.
The 281 ft-high spire of St.Wulfram's Church looks out over streets full of traditional markets, modern shops, and a wider landscape of green fields and stately homes.
Once the home to Sir Isaac Newton and Margaret Thatcher, you can always find somewhere to relax, have fun, and expand your mind.

6th Sep - 10th Sep
A group of scientists are invited to give their approval to a theme park filled with genetically engineered dinosaurs, but the giant reptiles are soon running amok. Top-notch computer effects ensure that the dinosaurs themselves are terrifyingly believable (more so than the PG certificate would suggest), but by the half-way point, it's more or less a chase movie with superior technology.

Spend time with our mansion team to see the conservation work they usually do while the mansion is closed to free flow visitors. We’ll open a changing selection of rooms for this experience throughout the year. This month you can watch the team at work in the Blue Bedroom, Chapel Drawing Room, Tyrconnel room and Saloon, and ask any questions about conservation care or items in the collection. Spaces are limited, but you can book your slot here. Please note that rooms may be darker than usual to protect light sensitive objects. The mansion is open for free flow visits Thursday – Monday, 11am – 4pm (last admission 3.30pm). On these days you can explore the upper ground floor and first floor at your own pace and discover a collection rich in global history. You can also pick up our short guide to Belton House, with information on all the rooms on display.
