When you buy your LNER Advance ticket on our app you'll be able to sign up to One-click Delay Repay. If your train arrives more than 30 minutes late, we'll start the ball rolling with your claim straight away.

  • We’ll confirm your claim within 30 minutes and pop the money back onto the card you paid with in 3 to 5 days.
  • Keep an eye on it in your account whenever you like.
  • You can even choose to donate your refund to CALM, and join us in supporting our charity partner.
