Collection of Flying Club miles on your bookings ended when the running of the East Coast website switched over to LNER.
When will I get my miles on the bookings I have made?
Flying Club miles earned on all bookings made on the Virgin Trains East Coast website up to and including 21 June 2018 will be added to your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account within 30 days of the switch over to LNER.
Will the booking where I collected Flying Club miles still be valid on LNER?
All tickets purchased on the Virgin Trains East Coast website for travel on or after 24 June 2018 will be valid on LNER services on the date and time stated on your ticket.
Will I be able to use my existing Flying Club eVouchers for train travel?
If you have previously spent Flying Club miles on eVouchers, you can use any existing eVouchers for bookings on the new LNER website. Existing Flying Club eVouchers will be valid for either full or part payment for LNER Advance tickets.
Will I be able to spend my Flying Club miles on eVouchers for train travel in the future?
It is no longer possible to spend Flying Club miles on eVouchers for train travel on the East Coast mainline route. The final day for spending your Flying Club miles on eVouchers for train travel was Monday 18 June. eVouchers that you have received from Virgin Atlantic Flying Club up to and including Monday 18 June will be valid for either full or part payment for either Virgin Trains East Coast or LNER tickets.
Where can I see my Flying Club miles history on bookings I have made with Virgin Trains East Coast?
You will no longer be able to see your Flying Club miles history on bookings in the My Account section of the website For any queries on your Flying Club miles transaction history please log in to your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account on the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club website or contact the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club team on 0344 412 2414.
