What if one of my group can't travel?

If one of your group is no longer travelling their ticket is covered by our normal terms and conditions.

If one or more of your group is no longer travelling and requests a refund and this brings the total number of travellers to below three, the remaining travellers will have to pay an excess to make up the difference in the discounted price.

For customers who chose an eTicket as their fulfilment method, you will need to cancel all of your tickets and rebook at the full price of travel.
