What if I need help buying the right ticket from a ticket vending machine?

If you’re using a ticket vending machine at one of our stations to buy your ticket, and need help choosing the right one for your journey, just ask a member of our station team to help you.

 

If you think you may have ended up buying the wrong ticket for your journey, please talk to our team at the station before you travel who will explain your options.  Or, if you’ve already completed your journey, you can contact our Customer Services team.
