FAQs

I have a seat reservation but no ticket, can I still travel?

No. A seat reservation alone is not a ticket to travel. You can travel with a valid ticket and no seat reservation, but you must have a valid ticket for that journey.

Not doing so will result in you paying the full standard or First Class single rate (without any Railcard discount) or may be treated as a ticket irregularity. Please see our Revenue Protection Policy for more details.
