What’s this new box above my seat?

From the end of March, we’re adding some nifty little gadgets to our trains. These boxes will be used to make sure our seat reservation data is more accurate.

In the near future, we’ll have data that we’ll be able to share with customers, so it'll make finding an empty seat a whole lot faster.

For now, please just ignore the boxes and use the paper reservation tickets as normal to see which seats are free and which are reserved.
