I can’t make a seat reservation. What should I do?

If you can't make a seat reservation please contact station staff or our customer service teams who will be able to assist you.

All customers travelling on an LNER train must have a seat reservation to ensure a safe number of customers are on each of our trains.

How to make a reservation

  • If you've got a flexible ticket or a Season Ticket you can make a free reservation here.
  • Alternatively, you can reserve a place on the train at the station travel centre.
