I have a new email address, can I transfer my credit over to my new LNER account?

No, you will need to update your email address on your current LNER account.

The scheme mentions treats, but I haven’t received anything yet, why?

As an LNER Perks member, you are eligible for surprise treats. It wouldn’t be a surprise if we told you when to expect it!

Can I exchange my LNER Perks credit for something else?

No, LNER Perks joining and earned credit has no cash value. Unused, expired and redeemed credit cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned

I often book tickets for friends or family, how can they benefit from LNER Perks?

If you have booked your tickets direct with us and you are a member of LNER Perks, you will have already benefited from LNER Perks credit and therefore your friends and family cannot benefit again when they travel.

Instead, if you’ve chosen to save your credit, when you’ve got at least £10 earned credit balance, you can gift your LNER Perks credit to friends and family by using it to buy them an LNER eVoucher!

I want to leave LNER Perks, how do I do this?

You can choose to leave LNER Perks at any time by cancelling your membership in the LNER Perks section of My Account at lner.co.uk and on our LNER mobile app.

If I leave LNER Perks, do I lose my credit?

No, any credit earned during your membership is valid until its expiry date, which is 24 months from whichever is the most recent:

  • Your most recent ticket purchase via LNER.co.uk or the LNER mobile app 
  • Your most recent addition of a ticket not bought directly from LNER.co.uk (desktop website, mobile website) or the LNER mobile app 
  • The date you first joined LNER Perks
