If you have spent your Nectar points on an LNER eVoucher before 30 November 2020 your eVoucher is still valid for 12 months from the date you spent your Nectar points. Any unspent value on your eVoucher will be stored in your LNER account until you spend it. The amount will expire after 12 months, so if you haven't spent it by then it will be removed for your account.
What can I spend my eVoucher on?
eVouchers purchased before 30 November 2020 will be valid for either full or part payment on LNER Advance tickets, booked through LNER.co.uk.

You will need an LNER account before you can spend your eVouchers. If you don't already have one, you can register here.
How do I enter my eVoucher code?
You will be able to enter your eVoucher code when booking a ticket through lner.co.uk. There is an option to redeem a voucher when you reach the ‘Delivery Details’ section of the booking. We recommend copying and pasting the eVoucher code directly into the eVoucher box. eVoucher codes are case sensitive and care should also be taken not to mix up the letter 'I' with the number '1' (one) or the letter 'O' for the number '0' (zero).
