Getting refunds on tickets bought somewhere else
Sorry, if you didn't buy the ticket on this site, we can't refund you directly.
You'll need to claim your refund from the place you bought the ticket, whether that's a station or other outlet, or someone else’s website.
You'll need to let them have your unused tickets, along with all the details.
If you bought your tickets elsewhere but still travelled on one of our trains that was delayed or cancelled, you may be eligible for Delay Repay.
