What happens next?

Once your request has been processed and your tickets have been re-issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a new booking reference. You will need to bring this when collecting your tickets at the station (at the Ticket vending machine).

You’ll also need the card you used to make your original booking.

Of course, if your original tickets turn up in the post after all, please return them to us at the following address by registered post.
