Claim a refund for Off-peak and Anytime tickets booked on this site
If you have booked a Peak, Off-Peak or Anytime (not Advance) ticket online with us, apply for a refund online by following these steps:
- Sign In to My Account
- Click My Bookings
- Select View against the ticket transaction that you wish to refund
- Click the Refund button
- Tell us the reason for the refund request– selecting Service Disruptions and Cancellations
- Click Submit request
