Claim a refund for Off-peak and Anytime tickets booked on this site

If you have booked a Peak, Off-Peak or Anytime (not Advance) ticket online with us, apply for a refund online by following these steps:

  1. Sign In to My Account
  2. Click My Bookings
  3. Select View against the ticket transaction that you wish to refund
  4. Click the Refund button
  5. Tell us the reason for the refund request– selecting Service Disruptions and Cancellations
  6. Click Submit request
