Claim for Advance tickets bought on this site

If you bought your ticket with LNER on the app or website, login to your account to request a refund

  1. Follow the steps below to claim a refund
  2. To view your claim go back into Your bookings and the ticket you've cancelled to see the status 
  3. Once your refund is processed we'll email you to confirm.

If you didn't book with us please go to the place you originally bought your ticket.


If you need to do this by post please print out and complete our refund form. Then return it and your tickets by post to:
