I want to travel on a different date/time
You can make changes to the date or time of your Advance ticket by rebooking your journey, then submitting a request for a refund of your original ticket.
If you're travelling today, changes can only be made before the departure of your original train, and they must be made in the Travel Centre of your departure station.
How to request a refund of your original ticket
Once you've logged in to 'My Account', select 'Manage booking details', then 'View or edit' on the booking you wish to change - more options will then be found at the bottom of the screen.
You'll need your new transaction reference number to hand (you can find this in the footer of your new booking confirmation email).
